Biomodels for Manikin Training – Root-Canaled Teeth

The two adapting supports, upper and lower, provide housing and secure, by means of adhesive wax, the teeth (natural or artificial root-canaled) on which to perform restorative and endodontic training. The articular key for potential mastication simulation is guaranteed by the presence, in the model, of already articulated artificial molars and anteriors. The resin of the two adapting supports features internal organic material and radio-opacity characteristics analogous to those of bone tissue. Consequently, by positioning radiographic films in specific slots prearranged within the models, the results of the performed training exercises can be radiologically verified.
